She was a resident of Modesto for 38 years and a retired lab technician for Proctor & Gamble Foods.
Elsie enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her family and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ceres. She was a 1947 graduate of Ceres High School and attended Modesto Jr. College.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and husband Finis L. Todd.
Elsie is survived by her daughter Kathy Bachman of Pioneer, Ca. son Ronald Todd of Geyserville, Ca. and son Nathan Todd of New Braunfels, Tx. She has 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Services will be held Saturday March 3rd at Lakewood Funeral Home (Riverside Chapel) in Hughson at 1pm.
Remembrances may be made in her name to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association .
