He was born in San Francisco, California on August 28, 1938. Jim graduated from Sonora Union High School and continued into the Navy before starting his final career.
Jim worked a career in Transportation for San Francisco Municipal Railway-SFMTA for nearly 40 years. he was a member of local 200 and had a passion for Cars, physics, nature and vocabulary.
he was survived by his daughter Cyndia Victorian Chambers and his brother Thomas Vincent Horton.
A Celebration of Life will be announced after the Easter Holiday.
