Jose is survived by Mother Rosario Ramos, Children; Sabrina Ortiz, Angel Ortiz, and Jacob Ortiz, Sisters; Juana Alvarez, Carmen Medrano, Patty Saballos, Rosa Calderon, Christina Fuentes, and Maria Aguilera.

Jose was preceded in death by father Jose Ortiz.
