Kenneth Ray Mathews

Kenneth Mathews was born 2/6/1938 in Sperry, Oklahoma has left behind many friends and loved ones, preceded in death by parents Atlas Tahlequah and Francis Bradshaw/Tahlequah, his loving wife Ramona Anderson , brothers and sisters; T.A. Mathews (deceased), Nina Owens (deceased), Pat Hildreth (deceased), Bob Mathews (living), Wanda Cook (living), Shirley Sharar (living). Children left behind are Michael Mathews, (wife)Niki Mathews, Stepdaughter Debra Nard, Stepson Samuel and wife Keely Anderson and Stepson Melvin “Gene” Geary, 9 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He met the love of his life, Ramona Anderson, in 1977 through his sister Pat Hildreth and they were together for 42 years. He was a service technician with Sears and retired after 34 years of service. His favorite pastimes and passions were spending time with his family and was thought of by his family as the best ”hugger" and always had a beautiful smile for his loved ones. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and woodworking but always happiest to return home to his love which was where he was in the end. Surrounded by his loved ones.
