Marisa was a smart creative person.  She was a very open person.  No conversation was off limits.  I learned a lot from her through her frankness and honesty about her life.  She loved Sierra, Noah, and Emma.  She wanted lives filled with love and experiences for them.  She was an advocate for Emma, and an activist for her and the caregivers she worked with.  She pursued her friends and loved ones.  I will miss our talks and coffee times  and hearing your hot takes on everything.

Marisa and Emma took me to an awesome little restaurant near her home for a great breakfast.  They had a fun and funky gallery.  Marisa loved being a hippie.  She loved beauty and art and good food.  She would often have places blend food for Emma so that she could experience everything too.

Marisa and I drank lots of coffee together.  She was my friend and neighbor in Fresno.  This was from my visit to her new home.  She really enjoyed her home near the reservoirs and beautiful trees.  She loved taking Emma with her on nature adventures.
