Norma Jean Kelley

Jean passed away December 11th while surrounded by loved ones. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be missed by all. Jean was always happy, cheerful, and an uplifting person. No matter what the situation you always felt better afteer seeing or talking with her.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Harold Bayley, second husband Cecil Kelley, and father and mother Ray and Lora Hamby. She is survived by her brother Paul Hamby (Donna) sister Ann Fantazia (Elvin), children Cathy Oxley (Ken), Dennis Bayley (Debbie), Dale Bayley (Michelle), stepchildren Gary Kelley (Marlene), Brenda Young (Mark) and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a book keeper at Savemart in Modesto for many years. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Empire, CA and Southwest Church of Christ in Hillsboro, OR, as well as active in World Bible School and mission work.

The viewing will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park in the Riverside Chapel on Sunday December 27 from 1:00 to 5:00. The service will take place the following Monday the 28 at 10:00 in the Riverside Chapel.

She will be dearly loved as missed by family and friends.
