On Friday, May 4, 2018, Patricia Ann Cole, from Denair, California passed away at Turlock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Patty was born on March 3, 1943 in Martinez, California. Patty, Brother Art Jones and parents, Troy and Irene Jones, moved to Hughson, California in1957. Patty attended and graduated from Hughson Schools. Patty moved to Denair and had 5 children. She graduated from Adrian’s Beauty College and open her hair salon, “Patty’s Hair Salon” before she went to work for the City of Turlock driving Dial-a-ride. In 1978, patty married Ivan Cole, deceased. She owned and operate Cole’s Market in Denair and would eventually own and operated Kis one Hour Photo in Turlock on Main St. Upon retiring, Pattie’s hobbies were going to yard/garage sales, and being with her family, friends and most important her grandkids. Patty, is preceded in death by her first born Preston Burgess, husband Ivan Cole, parents Troy and Irene Jones and Step daughter Karin Bricker. She is survived by her Brother Art Jones and Wife Shirley Jones, son Brandon “Boadie” Burgess, son, “Duck” Burgess and wife Monica Burgess, son, Trace “Baby” Cole and wife Kari Cole, daughter Audra “Sis” Fagundes, Step daughter Linda Cole Abbas and step son Ken Cole. Patty, is survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren and 14 step great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 13, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8: pm In the Riverside Chapel @ Lakewood Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 14, 2018 @ 11:00 am in the Riverside Chapel @ Lakewood Home.
