Pedro Gomez died peacefully Friday, July 2, 2010.

Born in Coalcoman Michoacan, Mexico Pedro lived in Watsonville since 1974 then moved to Modesto, CA in 1989 with his wife and children. Pedro loved being around his friends and family. He was a joker and the life of the party. Pedro brightening the room with his always friendly and warm smile. This loving father lived an inspiring life full of energy and passion that was felt by all who knew him.

Pedro Gomez is survived by his wife, Martha Gomez, his sons, Fernando & Armando Gomez, his daughter, Yuri Gomez, grandchildren, Kimora Lucia Mendoza & Darren Alexander Gomez, parents Bonifacio & Maria G. Gomez, Brothers Antonio, Everardo, Bonifacio Jr., & Fidel Gomez, sisters Maria , Socorro, Eloisa, Eva, Lupe, Aurelia “Abby”, & Elena Gomez and many nephews and nieces.

Visitation will take place on July 7, 2010 from 4-6 p.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home. At 6 pm a rosary and vigil will be held. A Mass & Christian Burial will be held Thursday July 8, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home on 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA 95326.

Pedro Gomez's laughter will be missed, he will remain in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
