Rebecca "Becky" Lu Blanchard

Rebecca graduated Thomas Downey High School in 1964. Rebecca worked over 30 years as a Rural Development Technician before retiring in 2006. She enjoyed crocheting and was a collector.

Rebecca is survived by her husband of 52 years, William "Bill" Blanchard. She is also survivied by her daughter Anissa Horton and daughter Natasha Payne; granddaughter Breeanna (Jason), granddaughter Carissa, granddaughter Taylor (Brian), granddaughter Carley, great grandson Maddox, great grandson Colton, great grandson Trevor and great grandson Josiah.

Rebecca was preceded in death by father Melvin Wolter and mother Mae Harris Wolter.

A burial for Rebecca will be held Friday, November 6, 2020 at 1:30 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park 900 Santa Fe Avenue Hughson, CA.
