I have no words just complete sadness and loss of someone so special.  A hole in all our hearts forever. 

I'm so saddened to hear of Rodger's passing.  I have such wonderful memories of playing at your house with your family when I was younger.  I am happy that I was able to chat with Rodger at my parent's anniversary party recently.  My thoughts are with all of you during this difficult time!

I’m at a loss for words. Rodger was a great person and was always joking around.  I’ve known Rodger for well over 55 years and it’s hard to just let go.  He was my brother.  We used to sit and talk a lot in our younger days all about my sister, Rita.  Rodger really loved her. So Rita I’m here for you whenever you need me.  Rodger you will be missed. With love Lu

Our extended family has suffered a great loss in this epic, power house of a man.  A shining example of what a family man should be, Rodger had a way to make you feel like you were exactly who you were supposed to be in this world, kindness without judgement. He was an ally when you didn’t even know you needed one. He will be dearly missed and never ever forgotten <3 

To the best dad ever!  I will treasure every moment we had.  You had the best humor and the kindest heart.  Not a day will go by that I won’t think of you and miss you terribly!   I love you!   When we look at the Bella Luna we know you will be too.

I didn't know Rodger well.  I'm a good friend of his daughter and from what I know he was a great father and wonderful grandfather and loved so much by them.  I heard a lot of funny stories about Rodger and wished I had the chance to know him better.  My deepest condolences to Rita and the Spurgeon/Sicchio families.

We all have lost such a nice person. He was so great helping me deal with Bob's passing, you both were always here for me.
All the many hours we spent talking about old times,and our travels together, and Rodgers navy days. We had a lot of good times and lots of laughs  which I will miss dearly. (Especially the train joke).
