Roger Franklin Evans, age 69 passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 in Kern, County. Roger was born March 15, 1952 in Modesto, California to Marion Ellen Rinehart and Junior Max Evans.

Roger is survived by his son Ryan Evans; his mother Marion Ellen Rinehart and his father Junior Max Evans.

Roger was a handyman for 30 years.

A graveside service for Roger will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Lakewood Memorial Park, Garden of Hope, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, California.
