Born in Denison, Texas, she lived a full and spirited life marked by love, laughter, and adventure. A proud mother of five, she leaves behind a legacy of family and joy, survived by Rhonda Adams and Della Garcia. Her family continued to grow with 10 grandchildren — and she was just beginning to welcome great-grandchildren into the world.
She had a deep love for true country music — and made it clear what real country sounded like: Patsy Cline, George Strait, and Hank Williams were among her favorites. In her later years, she found joy in life’s simple pleasures — watching karaoke performances, gambling (and often winning!), and going on cruises to explore new places and experiences that brought her happiness.
To know her was to love her. Her sarcasm, spunk, and undeniable charm made her unforgettable. She had a way of making everyone feel at home, and her presence brought warmth and humor to every room.
She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and the countless lives she touched.
