Vita Marie Caldera, age 79, of Modesto, California passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Vita was born June 22, 1942.
A visitation for Vita will be held Friday, March 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home- Riverside Chapel, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326.
