Gabrielle Zimmermann Poirier

She is survived by her husband Raymond Poirier as well as her son, André St Pierre (Lucy Goncalves), her step-daughters Line Kellner (Ron Kellner) and Sylvie Andrusyshyn (Pierre Andrusyshyn).

Gabrielle was born July 1, 1948. She married the love of her life in 1985, Raymond Poirier and they built their extended family together. She made many friends everywhere she went and she truly loved building a home for her husband and her family. One of her passions was travelling with her husband in his truck.

We all loved her dearly and will never forget her tenacity, her wit and her undying love and caring.

She will be missed by her grand-children and her great-grandchildren, Christian (Jasmin), Daniel (Victoria), Anthony (Elizabeth and Alexis-Joy), Samantha (Cory and Alexie), Matthew (Jessy).

A celebration of her life will be held on October 4 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home, 271 St-Joseph Blvd, Gatineau.

In lieu of flowers, donations to “la société Alzheimer” in Gabrielle’s name will be appreciated.

Arrangements are entrusted to Dignité, Hull.

Gabrielle Poirier, âgée de 77 ans, est décédée le lundi 1er septembre 2025 au CHSLD Renaissance à Aylmer, au Québec, où elle était soignée.

Elle laisse dans le deuil son mari Raymond Poirier, ainsi que son fils André St Pierre (Lucy Goncalves), ses belles-filles Line Kellner (Ron Kellner) et Sylvie Andrusyshyn (Pierre Andrusyshyn).

Gabrielle est née le 1er juillet 1948. Elle a épousé l'amour de sa vie en 1985, Raymond Poirier, et ils ont fondé ensemble une grande famille. Elle se faisait des amis partout où elle allait et elle aimait vraiment construire un foyer pour son mari et sa famille. L'une de ses passions était de voyager avec son mari dans son camion.

Nous l'aimions tous profondément et n'oublierons jamais sa ténacité, son esprit et son amour et sa bienveillance indéfectibles.

Elle manquera beaucoup à ses petits-enfants et arrière-petits-enfants, Christian (Jasmin), Daniel (Victoria), Anthony (Elizabeth et Alexis-Joy), Samantha (Cory et Alexie) et Matthew (Jessy).

Une célébration de sa vie aura lieu le 4 octobre de 13 h à 15 h00 à la Maison funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp au 271, boul. St-Joseph, Gatineau.

Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la Société Alzheimer au nom de Gabrielle seront appréciés.
