Jake leaves behind is loving children Jacy and Joshua. Jake loved and will be missed by his 3 grandchildren Gage (Amanda), Jewels and Jada and great grandchild Vienna.
Jake also leaves behind his loving former wife Karen and brothers Gilbert and Paul and his sister Lorraine who unfortunately passed away the same day. He will be missed by friends and family.
As per Jake’s request, there will be no funeral but a celebration of life at a later date. Donations can be made in his honour to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
