Frances was born on September 17, 1934, in Victoria, Texas, to Lucio and Ursula Ramirez Marquez. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she dedicated her life to her family, faith, and the simple joys that brought her peace and happiness.
Frances found joy in gardening, sewing, and spending quality time with her loved ones. Her hands were rarely still, always nurturing something—whether it was her plants, a handmade creation, or the hearts of those around her. A woman of strong faith, she faithfully attended Sunday morning Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, where she found spiritual strength and community.
She is survived by her beloved children: Mary, Ramiro, Joe, Margaret, Minni, Delfina, Ruben, Irene, Rudy, Bob, Randy, Roy, Susie, Ron, and Michael. Her legacy continues through 41 grandchildren, 76 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren, each of whom carry a piece of her love and strength.
Frances will be remembered for her unwavering faith, generous spirit, and the deep love she gave to her family. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy that will live on through generations
