Mr. Reinhardt was born December 19, 1944, in Edna, Oklahoma, the son of the late Henry Christopher and Eunice Conaway Reinhardt. He married Peggy Louise Cruse on December 24, 1968.
He worked for Municipal Operations and Consulting, Inc.
Surviving, with his wife, are two children, Ronniea Louise Tycer and her husband, Stephen, of Katy, Texas and Christopher Jack Reinhardt and his wife, Helen, of Spring, Texas; three grandchildren, Sophie, Liam, and Tristan Tycer of Katy, Texas; two sisters, Thelma Damron and Kay Simpson, both of Tulia, Texas; one brother, Charles Reinhardt of Montgomery, Texas.
Mr. Reinhardt is also preceded in death a brother, Gerald Reinhardt.
A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at Greenwood Village Baptist Church with Pastor Harold Clayton officiating.
