My prayers and thoughts to the Crumpler family on the death of Steve. Loved watching number 20 play for the Sam Houston Tigers.  Gone too soon.

He left us at Christmas his dad's birthday. So I know he's there with him. I love u paw paw.

Miss u Steve still seems like I didn't happen.      I never said it but I wanted to thank u for what u said to me when Jacob was born.     Out of everyone who came to the hospital when he was in nicu u were the only who said anything to me to make me feel better.      As was if u were the only one that say my concern. Thanks

I KNEW STEVE AND HIS DAD THRU LITTLE LEAGUE BASE BALL AND SCHOOL. HE WAS A GREAT BASEBALL PLAYER AND GREAT GUY TO HANG AROUND WITH. MAY GOD BE  HIS FAMILY DURING THIS TIME OF LOSS.

So many of my childhood memories include "Stevie".  He and "Rusty" were like my little brothers growing up on Sunnyside. My heart goes out to all of his family and you are all in my prayers!

I am so sad to hear of Steve's passing.  He was like my little brother growing up. We just reconnected through Facebook last year sharing memories & recipes, but I had no idea he was battling cancer! My heart goes out to all the family! Martha Mae, Cheryl, Clifford & Rusty and to his children & grandchildren who he absolutely adored!
