Elizabeth B Cottrell

Elizabeth B. “Bernie” Cottrell died on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Lutheran Care Center at Moorestown, NJ. She was 87 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she is the daughter of the late Ambrose and Viola Conlin McGough. Elizabeth had lived in Browns Mills, NJ for the past 10 years. She had previously been a resident of Henderson, NV and Delran, NJ.

Mrs. Cottrell was a retired employee of Mars Electronics in West Chester, PA. She was a communicant of St. Ann’s Parish in Browns Mills. She was a movie buff.

Elizabeth was the beloved wife of Vincent E. Cottrell, Sr. for 36 years before his death in 1983. She was the devoted mother of Vincent E. Cottrell, Jr. (the late Peggy Ann) of Philadelphia, Eileen George (Wally), and Daniel Cottrell both of Browns Mills. She was the loving grandmother of Sandra Elizabeth Kross, Michael Patrick George, Eileen Elizabeth Meredith, and Vincent Edward Cottrell, III; great grandmother of Vincent E. Cottrell, IV, Alexis Kross, Katelyn Kross, and Jacob Tyler Meredith. She is also survived by her brothers Eugene and Thomas McGough and her sister Ellen Peterson

Mrs. Cottrell’s services and interment will be private.
