Louis Santo

He arrived in Philadelphia on December 7, 1947, when he was 13. He attended English speaking school and Dobbins Vocational School where he majored in automotive technology.

He met the love of his life Catherine (Cookie) in 1954 and was married 11 months later. He remained a devoted and loving husband throughout their 56 years of marriage until her death in 2011. He was a devoted father to Maria and Lisa and grandfather to Angela and Andrew and great-grandfather to Jeremy. He loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He worked for Prudential for 28 years selling insurance.

He loved cars, working on them, driving them, and selling them in his younger days. He built our home and completed it in 1970. He had an amazing, determined spirit. He definitely lived outside the box.

He was very good-hearted, caring, and very generous. He loved to help anyone who needed it.

He will be deeply missed by his family and large circle of friends from his daily walks and church.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend on Saturday, April 18, 2026 a visitation from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM with services starting at 12:00 PM at Lamb Funeral Home, located at 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia.
