Mr. Stevenson was an Army veteran of WW II, serving in the European Theater. Russell enjoyed playing backgammon, he was an avid reader and Phillies and Eagles Fan.
Russell was the beloved husband of Dolores Meister Stevenson for 66 years. He was the beloved father of Kathy Francia (Mark) of Marlton, NJ, Russ T. Stevenson, Jr. of Philadelphia, and Debbie Moran (the late Mike) of Ardmore, PA. He was the loving brother of Arthur Stevenson of Philadelphia and Esther Hass of Huntingdon Valley. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 12 Noon to 1 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. His funeral service will be at 1 PM. The interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
