Isaac attended Huntington North High School where he was a member of the Tennis team. He was involved in Huntington First Church of the Nazarene’s youth group. Isaac was a part of an amazing friend group; he loved playing Pop-A-Shot, Spike Ball, and was unbeatable at both. He loved watching all sports, especially IU basketball. Isaac could always find a new adventure, whether it was a new hobby, telling unbelievably wild stories, occasional late night trips to Taco Bell, creatively tormenting his brother, the list was endless. He loved making up new nonsense words and then left it up to others to figure out the meaning. Isaac had a competitive streak, which was portrayed best when he set out to achieve the #1 Accelerated Reader title in the fourth grade at Roanoke Elementary; alas he achieved runner-up by a fourth of a point.
Isaac was born on September 18, 2007 in Aurora, CO, a son of Dr.’s Matthew and Janelle Maxwell- Pflieger.
Survivors include his parents, a brother: Eli Pflieger of Roanoke; Maternal grandparents: Marilyn Maxwell of Wolcott, and Betty Maxwell of Lafayette; Paternal grandparents: Alan (Colleen) Pflieger of Huntington; and Aunts and Uncles: Christopher (Amelia) Pflieger of Fort Wayne, Gina (Ryan) Maxwell-Boyer of Wisconsin, and Aimee (Ivan Suro) Pflieger of New York; Cousins: Titus, Riley, and Baechle of Wisconsin and Pelayo Fernadez Cachero, his brother from Spain.
He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather: Darrel Maxwell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday January 25, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Huntington First Church of the Nazarene, located at 1555 Flaxmill Rd. Huntington IN 46750
Funeral service will be held on Thursday January 25, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Immediately following the visitation at the Huntington First Church of the Nazarene, located at 1555 Flaxmill Rd. Huntington IN 46750.
