Larry J. Quinn

Larry J. Quinn, 79 of Andrews passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at his residence. Larry was a lifelong resident of Andrews. He was a 1959 graduate of Andrews High School. Larry worked for the United REMC for 38 years, retiring in 2004. He was a very avid bowler, played golf, and loved fishing and hunting. He spent many years traveling the United States and Canada on his beloved Gold Wing Motorcycle. Larry loved the Lord as well as all of his family. He was full of adventure and excitement, there was always something new at every turn. Be it fishing trips to Minnesota, or track meets in the snow. Larry was born on July 28, 1941 in Huntington County, the son of the late Kenneth and Mary (Bradburn) Quinn. He was united in marriage to Judy Emley on February 13, 1960. His wife Judy survives. Additional survivors include three daughters: Tammy (Don) Rush of Huntington, Tiffany (Rick) Saunders of Andrews, Trinda (Jim) Ulrey of Poland, IN; a son: Tyrone (Alice) Quinn of Jonesboro, IN; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren with one on the way. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Janell Saunders. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana. We will be following the CDC’s and Indiana’s guidelines for masks, social distancing and social gathering limits. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel. Interment will be at the Riverside Cemetery in Andrews, Indiana.
