FRANCES WILMA MATTHEWS WALKER, 89, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Huntington, died Feb. 23. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville; burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Billy Graham Ministries.
