Barbara C. Ross

BOURNE

Barbara C. Ross resident of Bourne, died Thursday Jan. 16th 2014 at McCarthy Center in Sandwich.

She was the beloved wife of the late John Ross of Sagamore Beach for 55 years.

Born in Everett,Ma. Barbara graduated from Revere High School. She married and moved to North Billerica to be a homemaker and raise her family .Mrs. Ross retired to the Cape in 1984.

She enjoyed walks on the beach,,entertaining her family and bowling. She was a member of The Alley Cats bowling league.She always enjoyed her cup of tea and cookies.

Barbara leaves behind a son Alan S. Ross of Hollywood,FL, two daughters Cathy M. Calabrese of Hyannis,MA.,Laurel A. Monterio of West Yarmouth,MA. Four grandchildren,Stacey L.Gauthier,Andrea R. Nashef,Scott R. Gauthier and John Ross. She also leaves behind two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday January 22, 2014 in the Massachusetts National Cemetary, Bourne,MA.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Hope Health Hospice, McCarthy Care Center, East Sandwich, MA.
