Born in Boston on November 10, 1961 to James R. Grande and the late Marylin Joyce Grande of South Yarmouth, MA. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, his three beautiful children, Christopher 22, Joseph 21, and Jenna 18, 2 step daughter, Melissa Ashman and Haley Kelley, five siblings, James Wade Grande of Kingston, Catherine Taylor of Naples, FL, Lisa Follen of Hingham, Allison Voegler of Scituate and Marilyn Hathaway of Halifax, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher was raised in Hanover and graduated from Hanover High School. Being inspired by his mother who served in the United States Marine Corps, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps before going on to join Local 4 IUOE in Boston. Christopher's passions included his family, hockey, fishing and playing chess.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Doane, Beal & Ames, 160 W Main St, Hyannis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 11:30am at Our Lady of Victory, 260 S Main St, Centerville. Interment will follow at Oak Neck Cemetery.
