Dave was born in Yonkers New York and moved to Cape Cod in 1970. He was in Real Estate, including Nowicki Real Estate, for decades until his retirement.
Dave loved the Cape, the slow pace, beautiful scenery and everything it provided. He had not been “over the bridge” in years, not seeing a need. He was an avid fisherman spending many late afternoons or early mornings on the beach casting for striped bass and bluefish.
Survivors include, his children, Frederick Nowicki of Sarasota Florida(Penny), Karen Jacobs of Atlanta(Sol), Christopher Nowicki of Columbus Ohio(Marianne) and Noel Nowicki of Providence Rhode Island and several grandchildren.
Also survived by his niece Susanne Mercantante of Brewster NY and nephew Tony Nowicki of Taos New Mexico.
David leaves behind his partner of many years, Mary Smith of Yonkers and Orleans.
