

Gary William Glazer, of Mashpee, MA, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on October 15, 1955, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Gary was a proud American, strong patriot and United States Army veteran.
Gary was raised in Weymouth and graduated from Weymouth North High School in 1973. He spent many years as a long-distance truck driver, a career that reflected his independence, reliability, and dedication. Later in life, Gary made his home on Cape Cod, where he resided in Mashpee, Massachusetts, for the past six years.
A man of quiet faith and community spirit, Gary was a devoted member of the Presbyterian Church of Cape Cod, where he found fellowship and purpose through church and community involvement. In his free time, he enjoyed reading and listening to music, simple pleasures that brought him comfort and joy.
Gary was predeceased by his father, George William Glazer; his brother, Todd Glazer; and his sister, Jayne Broydrick of Bourne, Massachusetts. He is survived by his loving mother, Roberta M. Glazer of Mashpee, Massachusetts; his sister, Joyce Ebsary of Bradenton, Florida; his sons Mackenzie Glazer of Texas and Zachary Glazer of Missouri; and his nephews, Patrick Broydrick (Keryn) of Sandwich, Massachusetts, Brian Broydrick of Bradenton, Florida, Ryan Ebsary (Mayra) of Lynn, Massachusetts and Connor Ebsary (Nicole) of Mansfield, Massachusetts. He also leaves behind two great-nephews and great-niece, Shane and Nolan Broydrick of Sandwich, Massachusetts and Paloma Ebsary of Lynn, Massachusetts.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, January 14th from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM followed by an 11 AM service at the Presbyterian Church of Cape Cod, located at 2391 Iyannough Rd, West Barnstable, MA 02668. Burial will take place 2 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts.
