Kimberly Ann Varnum

Kimberly lived on Cape Cod since 1971. She was a graduate of Barnstable High School and Cape Cod Community College, where she received her paralegal degree. She lived in Falmouth, practicing in paralegal, for 20 years. Kimberly was an avid reader and was an active member of the Centerville Library. She loved the Red Sox and Patriots. Her biggest love was for animals, especially dogs and cats.

Kimberly is survived by her mother Nadia Vamos; brother Mark Vamos of Centerville, MA; sister Sandra Esterson of N. Attleboro, MA; two nephews Ernest (Holly) Esterson of Cranston, RI and Alexander (Sarah) Esterson of Clearwater, FL; niece Larissa (Peter) Smith and their son Robert Perry of N. Attleboro, MA. She also leaves her long-time companion Lee Bacall, and her cat Mookie. She was predeceased by her father Ernest J. Vamos.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM on Wednesday, August 23rd at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home in Hyannis, followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Victory in Centerville. Burial will follow at Island Pond Cemetery in Harwich.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kimberly’s memory to the Centerville Public Library, 585 Main Street, Centerville, MA 02632.
