Nellie Sue Anderson

Nellie Sue Anderson, 55 of Hyannis Massachusetts died on May 31, 2014 at Cape Cod Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Mound Bayou, Mississippi in 1959, she was the 5th daughter of James Anderson and Mary Lee Isom. She was well known around her town, and everyone considered her as their "Auntie Nettie". She was very kind and giving , but also didn't take anyone's mess.

She was the sister of Elmer Anderson of Hyannis, James Anderson of Mississppi, Arthur Anderson of New Bedford, Willie Isom of Chicago, Eddie Anderson of West Palm Beach, FL, Bettie Anderson of Sebastian Fl, Thelma Anderson of Vero Beach Fl, and Margaret Isom of Clarksdale, Ms. Waiting for her in glory is her sister Lizzie Anderson and brother Jim Anderson and her mother and father.

She leaves behind a rather large family including her 3 sons Nicholas Anderson, Sherman Anderson, and Anthony Anderson all three of Hyannis, and at least 9 grandchildren that she loved dearly.

She will be missed dearly by anyone who has ever crossed paths with her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation services at Doane, Beal, and Ames Funeral Home, 160 West Main Street, Hyannis, MA, on Wednesday, June 11th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with her Funeral to proceed directly after. She will be laid to rest at Oak Neck Cemetery.
