
She was born to the late George and Wilhemina (Duarte) Avila in Boston, on September 22, 1942. Perry was a lifelong Cape Cod resident, grew up in North Truro and was a graduate of Provincetown High School before moving to Falmouth where she raised her family.
She worked as the business administrator for JBS Enterprises in Osterville, Cape Cod, for over 15 years. In her spare time, she volunteered with the Cape Cod Careabouts, working with the developmentally challenged and also volunteered her time at the Falmouth Playhouse.
Perry was blessed with a loving family. Her life revolved around her husband, two children, and her grandchildren. She taught them about her love and appreciation of music, passing on to them her passion for guitar and cooking.
She was kind, loving and had an infectious laugh, she will be dearly missed by her loved ones.
Perry is survived by her husband Jonathan H. Seder of Sandwich, formerly of Worcester; her son, Thomas C. Duce of Cataumet and her daughter Pippy D. Ostrow (Thomas) of Barrett Township, PA; her grandchildren, Tyler, Trevor, Jake and Jared; and her great-grandchildren, Colin, Britton and Addison O’Reilly.
A funeral service will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 at 4:00 pm in the Doane, Beal, & Ames Funeral Home, 160 West Main St., Hyannis.
