Anna Marie Priemer, 88 , passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior December 17, 2018 at The Villages Of Jackson Creek Independence, MO. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, December 26 2018 at Newcomer’s Funeral Home Noland Road Independence. Visitation- Noon to1, funeral service- 1pm. Burial at Floral Hills Cemetery Raytown, MO.
Anna was born February 23, 1930 in Independence, MO. Her early years were spent in Independence, attending numerous schools before graduating from William Chrisman High School in 1947. She formed a special relationship with the Lord at an early age and spent her life living for Him. She was a lifetime member of Waldo Avenue Baptist and Heartland Community Church, where she served in many capacities. She met the love of her life, Emil Priemer, at a Salem Baptist Church function. They married February 28, 1948 in Tennessee. Together they had 5 children which they raised in the Kansas City area. Anna’s Golden Years were spent in her dream home prior to moving to The Villages Of Jackson Creek Assisted Living for six “fun filled” years.
She is preceded in death by Emil and her sister Elveta Hanson. Surviving children include Joyce Richardson, Linda and Les Harrison, Janice Cruz Garcia, Donald Priemer and David and Renee Priemer; 10 Grand Children; 16 Great Grand Children.
