Phyllis Jeanne Finn

Phyllis Jeanne Finn, age 88, of Raytown, MO passed away July 18, 2016. Visitation 6-8 PM Friday at Newcomer’s Noland Road Chapel. Funeral 10:00 AM Saturday at First Baptist Raytown. Burial at Mt. Washington Cemetery, 614 S Brookside, Independence. Phyllis was born August 4, 1927, in Kansas City, MO to Cecil H. and Hazel P. (Masterson) Doubenmier. She worked as a waitress and cook at Woolworth’s before retiring. Then she volunteered at First Baptist Raytown in their food service programs. Phyllis enjoyed quilting and gardening and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby, brother Cecil Doubenmier, and both of her parents. Survivors: son Robert “Mic” Finn and wife Patti of Fort Collins, CO; daughter Barbara Hahn and husband Dale of Kansas City; daughter Suzanne Gough of Liberty and son Wally Finn and wife Shelly of Ozawkie, KS; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
