Sandy and Bill were married in May 1979. She worked as a Public Trustee for the Department of Justice for more than 30 years, where she made many close friendships and was still involved in sports, playing ladies fastball. Sandy loved children and her three sons filled her with so much joy and pride. Everyone was family to Sandy. She enjoyed welcoming her friends and her son’s friends over for her delicious cooking and baking. She was famous in the community for her homemade buns and cinnamon buns. She was over the moon to become a grandmother and was very close to each of her grandchildren.
At Sandy’s request there will be no public funeral. In lieu of flowers, the family are asking that donations be made to the Hemodialysis and Kidney Health Program by donating online www.hrf.sk.ca or by phone or email to arrange a donation: email: [email protected] and phone: (306) 781-7500.
