Albert Roy Davis, Jr. passed away unexpectedly on December 6, 2011 in Indianapolis. He was the son of the late Albert and Jean Davis. He was born in Montgomery, W. Virginia, but lived in Indianapolis most of his life.He was 69.Roy was a very devoted man of God who dearly loved his family. He was an excellent musician who was a member of a well known and popular band in the 70’s called the By-Chantz Operation in Indianapolis. Roy was a man who never met a stranger!Roy was a very devoted husband to his wife Cindy, a devoted father to his four sons; Greg Davis, Ron Davis, Steve Smith and Howard Davis, his three daughters; Denni Bannister, Tabatha Spiller and Leanna Whyde, and his 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Roy is also survived by his brother Larry Davis.Friends may call on Friday, December 9, 2011 from 4-8 p.m. in Little and Sons Funeral Home Stop 11 Chapel, 4901 E.
