Allan Ray Danehy, Indianapolis, 75, passed away March 12, 2018. He was born September 11, 1942 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Raymond and Rosalie (Barnes) Danehy Wells. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Ina Kathleen (Hazelwood) Danehy. Allan was a hard worker as owner of Allan’s Plumbing but he also enjoyed weekends at the lake with his family, camping and fishing. He also enjoyed NASCAR and was a member of Old Cars Only Group with his 64’ Impala Convertible and 56’ Ford Truck.
He is survived by his son, Allan Ray Danehy II (Shelley); daughter, Shannon Faye Gregoire; brother, John Danehy (Linda); sister, Christina Sears (Bill); grandchildren, Lauren Biggs (Jeffrey), Shelby Danehy, Kyle Gregoire, and Danielle Danehy; and great grandchildren, Brayden Grafe and Sebastian Gregoire.
Memorial Visitation will be 4-6 pm Thursday, March 15 at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop 11 Rd., Indianapolis, Indiana 46237. A Celebration of Life and Sharing will begin at 6 pm.
