Bettiann Heckman

Betts was born in Greenwood, SC to Frederick and Barbara Heckman.

Early in her career, Betts worked as a nurse at Morgan County Hospital, then as Unit Secretary for St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove as well as the Indianapolis campus.

She loved Harley’s, making crafts and was an avid Colts fan.

Betts is survived by her three children; Johnny Hall III, Jennifer Hall and Barbara Jean(husband Greg)Hall-Arthur, two brothers; Rick(wife Lynn) and Carl(wife Laurie)Heckman and two sisters; Sue(husband Bruce) Psaty, Julie Fitzpatrick and her ex-husband and loving friend Johnny Hall, Jr.

She is also survived by seven grandchildren that she loved “bigger than the moon”, Kaden, Brooke, Logan, Zackery, Justin Brittany and Jaylen.

Betts was preceded in death by her father Frederick and grandson Tyden Wyatt Arthur.

Friends may call on Thurs. July 8, 2010 from 4-8 pm with a memorial service at 6 p.m. at Little and Sons Funeral Home Stop 11 Chapel, 4901 E. Stop 11 Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46237.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
