Brian Michael Freije, 57, of Carmel, passed away at home on January 21, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. Brian owned and operated Matrix Imaging for 35 years. He is survived by his mother Janette Freije, his wife of 31 years Terri, his sons Joe (Madelynn) and Max, his sister Janeen, grandchildren Max and Sadie, nieces Lauren (Casey) Biddle, Leigh (David) Powell, and Holly (Todd) Pepmeier. He is preceded in death by his father Mitchell and brother David.
