Carl M. Bell, age 81, of Indianapolis, passed away August 16, 2013. Loving Husband of Marjorie; Dearest father of James D. (Suzanne), Dale E. and Brenda K. (John) Taylor; Dear brother of 4. Carl was preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Bertha Bell and his son Robert Allen Bell. The family will receive friends Monday, August 19, from 11:00-2:00 with a 2:00 service at Family Funeral Care, 5971 Rockville Rd. Indianapolis. Interment to follow at West Newton Cemetery.
