Carol June Kocher

Carol June Kocher, age 82, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Carol was born November 18, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Helen (McCoy) Planck and Stuart Planck. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Kocher. Carol worked in the oil and gas industry as a land and lease analyst. She and her husband would travel, hike, and volunteer in missions particularly in the west but as far as Canada and Europe. She would collect art especially in New Mexico and was a tremendous cook, always working to perfect all types of recipes. Carol was a member of Arapahoe United Methodist Church in Texas where she sang in the choir, helped build the organ, and went on many missions. Carol is survived by her sons Stuart Kocher and Scott Kocher (Darlene); grandchildren, Daniel Kocher, Robin Kintz, Nicole Koster, and Stuart Kocher Jr.; and 7 great grandchildren.
