Carolyn Ann Roberts

Carolyn Ann Roberts (Maddox) lost her battle with Cancer December 15th 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents Dorothy (Allen) and Samuel Maddox, survived by her Husband Randall Roberts, Brothers Peter and Danny Maddox, Daughters Jenny (Roberts) Weir, Beth (Roberts) Hunter, and 4 Grandchildren Jacob and Conner Weir, Kayla and Hannah Hunter.

Carolyn graduated from Manual High School class of 1962. She worked for Federated Insurance Company for almost 3 decades until her retirement in 2008. After which, on the perfect summer day could be found working in her garden or sitting on the porch listening to the radio, reading her beloved books, doing crosswords while drinking tea.

"But it is oh so hard to hold back the tears

I feel that I cannot live without you and have so many fears

But I will remember your strengths and I will become strong

With you watching me, I will carry on"
