Service for Mr. Charles Edward Payton Jr., will be held, 12:00 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 E. 38th street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation held from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home.
