71, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 16, 2016. He was born August 19, 1944 in Huntington, Indiana. He severed in the U.S. Army. He worked for the Roadway Express as a truck driver, retiring in 1994. Charles is survived by his wife Sandra D. Phillips, children Sandi Woodruff, Robert (Susan) Phillips, Charles (Trease) Phillips, sisters Judy Fuson, Mitiz Bush, Theresa Stevenson, Tonce Eggers, Polly Newlin, brothers Rocky Phillips, Max Phillips, Joe Phillips, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.. Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 7, at 11 am at Brownsburg Church of the Nazarene. Memorials in Charles’ name may be made to the donor’s choice.
