61, passed away January 4, 2011. Claudia is survived by her husband: William C Maynard, sons: George E. and Thomas P. Couch and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister: Rose Warman and a granddaughter. Visitation will be Thursday, January 6, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
