92, of Indianapolis, passed away at April 21, 2020. Cleo was born on June 18, 1927 in Marshall, IL the daughter of the late Willie Cleo and Clara Mae Ford. She was a cashier with Shell Oil Co for 5 years, retiring in 1989. Cleo was a faithful member of the Church of Christ on High School Rd. She is survived by her son; Bernie Palmore, sisters; Kathern Simpson, Phyllis Pitcock and Runell Woodcock, half-sisters; Jackie Anderson, Jodean Young, Joyce Embry, 3 granddaughters; Brittany Bays, Jenny Coffey and Caitlyn Cayten and numerous great grandchildren and great-greatgrandchildren. Cleo is preceded in death by sons; Alan and Carl Palmore, grandson; Bobby Palmore, sisters; Hazel Ritter, Nora Dye and Clarene Ford, half-sister; Inez Shives and 3 half-brothers; Guydell, Kenneth and Dennis Earl Ford. Due to the current stay at home practice in effect a private family service will be held Saturday, April 25th.. Contributions should be made to the Cancer Society or Heart Association in Cleo's name.
