Dear Virginia and Family:

My sincere condolences on the death of Clifford. I met Clifford many years ago through my ex-husband. He was a permanent fixture in our lives almost the whole time we were married. He lived with us for almost a year at one point. He was the best roommate I have ever had. Always happy...always lending a helping hand, especially with my Aunt Toot...and teasing my children, whom loved him dearly. He will be truly missed and I wish that I could have spent time with him before he passed. He is in a such better place now and I look forward to seeing him one day in Heaven. Prayers for all of you.

I remember Clifford and Gordon taking a canoe trip that lasted for about 2 weeks. They had an amazing time. I also remember Clifford staying with is for a little while. I was so impressed with how thoughtful and respectful he was but most especially I will remember he always had a special word he used in front of my name.  Such a truly kind person.  My thoughts and prayers are with the loved ones he has left behind.

Oh, how thankful for the night we had chili at you house that evening when Clifford trusted Christ as his Savior!  He is now with his Lord.  I think of the words of our Lord when he said to His disciples, "Suffer the little children to come unto me!"  In many ways Cliff was like a little child that found his way to Jesus.   It would not have never happened if it were not for your fervent prayers for him and doing all you could to see him saved.  He may not have understood it all, but he did not have to.  Praise God we will see him again in the sweet by and by!  May you find the peace of God which passeth all understanding as the God of all comfort, comforts you during this time of your loss and heavens gain!
