69, of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in New Castle, IN to the late Ernest, Jr. and Emily Scott Phelps. Cynthia enjoyed traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. She was known for her loving and generous spirit to all who knew her.
Cynthia is survived by her loving sister, Sheliah Phelps; 4 grandchildren, Claar Lindon (spouse-Jacob), Cassidi Phelps, Carli Phelps, and Cole Phelps; niece, Alisha Leister; great-nieces, Ariel Leistner and Alexis Leistner; uncle, David (wife-Priscilla) and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Chadd Spencer Phelps.
The Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00pm in Crown Hill Funeral Home 700 W. 38th St. Indianapolis.
