Darlene Faye Spaulding

Darlene Faye Spaulding, age 66, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. Darlene was born October 1, 1954 in Pasadena, Texas to Edna Lorine (Johnston) Nowlin and William Dean. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and a loving mother and wife.

Darlene is survived by her husband, David Spaulding; daughters, Shellie North (John) and Veronica Spaulding (Kris Steinke); son, Christopher Spaulding; daughter-in-law, Brandi Stewart; brother, Leonard Dean (Barbara); grandchildren, Logan, Briley, Braeden, Trever, and Khloi; and great granddaughter, Amelia.

Darlene was preceded in death by father, William Dean; mother, Edna Lorine (Johnston) Nowlin; step-father, Charles Nowlin; brother Billy Dean; sister, Lori Roach; and granddaughter, Jeslynn Spaulding.

Her funeral service will be private for the family Monday, December 21 at Family Funeral Care with burial to follow at Floral Park Cemetery. The service will be live streamed via facebook and the join live stream link on her obituary page.
