Dee Roy Waters, III 34 of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012. He was a member of Mt. Zion Apostolic Church and was employed as an Intake Lab Collector for Global Drug Testing Lab. He leaves to cherish his memory, beloved parents, Dee Roy,II and Vera L. Footman Waters; sister, Eyenne L. Waters; Fiance, Loritta Davis; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 29, 2012 12:00 Noon at Mt. Zion Apostolic Church 4900 East 38th.Street with calling from 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Sutherland Park Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, 5252 East 38th. Street.
