Delores J. Douglass Holland-Anderson

Mrs. Delores J. Douglass Holland-Anderson, 67 Indianapolis, died on Saturday, June 5, 2010. Delores had most recently been employed as a Unit Service Assistant with Methodist Hospital, retiring in 2003 after 10 years of service. Delores was a member of Mt. Zion Apostolic Church under the pastorate of Bishop Lambert W. Gates, Sr. She was a very active member of the church until her health failed her and she was unable to attend. She was in numerous church ministries and on various committees. Delores is survived by her mother; Mary Dorsey, son; Tommy E. F. Harris (Melissa), daughters; Cathy D. Hawkins (Tony), Kim J. Martin (Raymond), Tammy L. Harris, sisters; Mary Jeffries (Lawrence), Sheila Smith (Joe), Barbara Bebley, Cheryl Watts, and Livia Linton (Anthony), brothers; James E. Jones (Jeanette), Darrell Jones (Pamela), Gregory A. Jones and Rodney V. Jones, 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, a host of great- great grandchildren, other relatives, church family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Zion Apostolic Church, 4900 E. 38th Street. Family and Friends Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service. Burial: New Crown Cemetery Arrangements: Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home.
